Arm Balance Workshop

Crow, Side Crow, and Handstand

This workshop is for yogis with enough upper arm strength to do several pushups with relative ease. 

In this workshop we will warm up with Sun Salutations and then move into specific poses to prepare for arm balances. Then we will learn the mechanics for Crow, Side Crow, and Handstands. Participants will leave with knowledge and confidence to work on these poses on their own.
