Paint a Mat

Zokawa welcomes mental health expert and artist, Ericka Kelley, to guide us in an inspirational experience beginning with guided meditation (River) and expressive guidance (Ericka) to paint a yoga mat however your heart desires! Unroll your soul and place it on a mat. Your yoga mat is your own special place as you practice yoga - it serves as your safe space" your sacred space, the friend that knows and sees all and always holds you in love and light. In this workshop, you will listen to your heart and then respond with artistic expression, resulting in a special yoga mat that is yours to keep. 

All supplies are included with your registration. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes that you can get messy.
