Descriptions

Vinyasa YOGA - seated and standing poses that flow one to the next.

​

Hatha YOGA - focus on a peak pose and work on targeted muscle groups to strengthen and stretch to best attain the peak pose.

​

Yin YOGA - use props to support the bones as we hold the poses for time. This style of yoga is therapeutic and very relaxing.

​

Sunrise YOGA - 15 minutes on breathing techniques, 30 minutes on physical movements, 15 minutes in seated meditation.

​

Butterfly flow YOGA - inspired by Tai Chi, this class focuses on really using the breath to generate the movement in the body.

​

Fitness - circuit training to increase strength and flexibility - a whole body approach to overall fitness.

​

Tai Chi - very slow movements propelled by directed breath.

Pricing

Single Drop-in - $15

​

10 - class package - $125 (Good for 1 year from the date of purchase; good for any class on the schedule)

 

Unlimited Monthly Membership - $75 (recurring monthly fee until cancelled)

How to

Register for a class 

  • If you already have a 10-class package or a monthly membership, be sure to log into your account.

** If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to make a payment.

** If you do not have a pre-paid package or a membership, you will be prompted to make a payment.

You can choose a single session ($15) or select a package or monthly unlimited membership (recurring $75 until you cancel) from that page.

 

  • Choose your class from the schedule.

  • You will receive a confirmation email.

Purchase a package or membership

1. You can do this when you register for a class as you will be prompted to make a payment, and the option to purchase a package or membership is on the registration page.

2. You can go to the Plans and Pricing page and purchase from there.
