How Physically Demanding is the training
Open to all levels of physical ability. We teach adaptations of all poses so students in the class are prepared to teach all levels of students. Though the physical challenges will vary depending on the kind of practice we are doing, students will never be over strained.
What does the tuition include?
200 hours of training by ERYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) which includes physical, academic, personal and professional development, discovery and all criteria required by Yoga Alliance for certification, books.
Is financial aid or a payment plan available?

** Note that deposits are required to secure your place and deposits are not refundable unless we do not fill the minimum number of students by March 1st, 2026 and in that case, all deposits are fully refunded.
What is an ambassador and how do I become one?
Ambassadors help share information about Zokawa’s comprehensive and life-changing SHIFT program by connecting with peers who might be interested, representing the program on campus. Ambassadors receive a $200 discounted rate on the training. Ambassadors will work closely with River to ensure accuracy and enthusiasm when talking about the program. Interested students should send an email to River to express interest: river@zokawa.com or speak with Kylee for more details.
Will there be informational meetings?
Yes, one or two informational sessions will be hosted at the studio early in the spring semester. Dates will be announced soon
What can I do with a yoga teacher certification?
You can officially teach yoga on campus, at yoga studios, for corporate entities and any group or organization. You can teach on your own, online, and literally anywhere in the world!
