YOGA Butterfly Flow

YOGA Butterfly flow+ is a Tai-chi and yoga fusion class incorporating slow movements coordinated with breath.

YOGA Butterfly Flow plus (tai-chi-inspired)

YOGA Butterfly flow+ is a Tai-chi and yoga fusion (45 minutes) plus 15 minutes using light weights.

YOGA Hatha

At Zokawa, Hatha classes are defined by physical and intellectual understanding of alignment. Breath is utilized for duration, strength and stamina.

YOGA Powerful Flow

Powerful flow is designed to be a cardio workout that is challenging and exhilarating. The deeper understanding of poses learned in Hatha classes coordinates with the Powerful Flow classes.
